Your domain, your logo, your dashboard, your email sender, your billing. Your clients never see WildRun in any customer-facing surface. Only operations escalations touch our team — and even then, your account manager is the front line.
Who handles support to my end clients?
You do tier-1 (your existing client relationship). We handle tier-2 (technical, agent config, integrations) under your branding. The handoff is invisible to your client.
What's the minimum commitment?
$5K onboarding + 12-month seat commitment minimum (you pay for seats your clients use). If you don't sell anything in 90 days, we'll refund $2,500 of the onboarding and part ways. We don't want partners who can't sell.
Can I add custom features for my clients?
Yes. Custom features are scoped as separate project work ($5K–$25K) and ship in 2–4 weeks. We don't build one-offs for free — but features that benefit all partners may ship into the core platform at no charge.
Do you take on competing agencies?
Yes, with vertical exclusivity by request. If you're a trucking-focused agency, we'll guarantee no other trucking agency in your geography during your term. Speak to us about it.
