Why we built WildRun.
The phone is the front door of every service business. We don't think anyone should lose a customer to a missed call.
Why this exists
The pattern is everywhere once you see it: good businesses losing customers — not because they had a bad product, but because calls went to voicemail at 6 PM, leads sat in a queue for 24 hours, and receptionists burned out answering the same ten questions every single day.
At the same time, voice AI reached a point where it became genuinely useful — not just capable of scripted responses, but able to hold real, adaptive conversations that most callers can't distinguish from a human.
WildRun is the intersection of those two things. We build AI agents for the specific way each client's business actually works — not generic templates, not SaaS platforms with 50 settings to configure. We build and deploy a dedicated agent, train it on your business, and keep it running.
How we're different
Most "AI voice" products are either phone trees with a nicer interface, or developer tools that require significant technical work to configure. WildRun is neither.
We're a service. You tell us how your business works. We build an agent that works that way. You get a dedicated team managing it. You don't touch code, you don't log into a platform to tweak prompts, and you don't deal with vendor support queues when something needs updating.
Who we build for
Small and medium-sized businesses where the phone is still the primary customer acquisition channel — dental practices, law firms, real estate agencies, restaurants, home services, and service businesses generally. Infrastructure
WildRun agents run on Cloudflare's global network — the same infrastructure used by millions of enterprise applications worldwide. We chose Cloudflare specifically for reliability: your phone agent can't have downtime. Edge deployment means calls are handled from servers close to your callers, keeping latency imperceptible.
Call recordings and transcripts are stored encrypted, in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. HIPAA-compliant configurations are available for medical and dental clients.
The name
WildRun — as in running on its own, autonomous, working without constant supervision. That's the promise: build an agent that operates independently, reliably, and in your interest, while you focus on the actual work of your business.
