Who we are

WildRun AI ("WildRun," "we," "us," or "our") builds custom AI systems for small business — voice agents, sales and operations automation, and AI-era search — and publishes independent software reviews. These terms cover wildrunai.com, reviews.wildrunai.com, and related subdomains and services (the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted by our robots.txt or with written permission.
• Reproduce or republish our written content in substantial part without attribution and permission.
• Use the Services to build a competing dataset or product in violation of applicable law.

Editorial content and reviews

Our reviews are researched and written independently. Rankings and recommendations are not sold, and vendors do not receive approval rights over what we publish. Reviews reflect our assessment at the time of writing, based on public benchmarks, official documentation, and verified pricing.

Software changes quickly. Pricing, features, and limits described in a review may be out of date by the time you read it. Always verify current details on the vendor's own site before purchasing. Our review methodology is published at reviews.wildrunai.com/methodology.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links to third-party products are affiliate links. If you sign up or purchase through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings, ratings, or verdicts, and we disclose them on pages where they appear.

We are not responsible for third-party products, their pricing, their terms, or their treatment of your data. Your relationship with a vendor is between you and that vendor.

Client services

Custom AI work — voice agents, automation, and related builds — is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work covering scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement. Published prices on this site are indicative and may change.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services — text, design, code, graphics, and compilations — is owned by WildRun AI or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish full articles, sell our content, or present it as your own.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement of or by WildRun AI.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

Nothing on the Services is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Decisions you make based on our content are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildRun AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services — even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Third-party sites

The Services link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
